3rd Shift Injection Team Leader

A tier one automotive parts supplier in Rainsville, AL has an immediate opening for:

Production (Injection) Team Leader – 3^rd Shift

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years prior experience in manufacturing supervision. Job responsibilities include conducting daily pre-shift meetings, addressing needs on safety, training, production and other associate concerns, administer policies and procedures, evaluate performance, time and attendance, monitoring production processes, development and confirmation of countermeasures, ensure accountability for quality and delivery, documentation, review and schedule manpower efficiently, meet daily requirements, continuous improvement activities, investigation of maintenance problems, and ordering/monitoring supplies . Candidates must possess well developed communication skills (leading meetings and presentations), basic computer skills (Excel and Powerpoint), strong self-initiative and motivation, basic mechanical knowledge, and solid leadership skills. Candidate must be available to support production needs (nights, weekends, different shifts) when necessary and have regular, prompt attendance.
