What we do:

Injection
The core production activity at GTI is injection molding. The finest automated injection molding machines are used in synchronization with a variety of robots, to maintain speed and consistency of production. 

Painting
Several fully automated paint lines utilize robots to apply primer, base and clear coatings. Application takes place in atmospherically-controlled spray booths, providing clean and consistent coverage of products. 

Assembly
The production department at GTI also includes a state of the art assembly area. GTI assembles a wide variety of products from small, simple, sub-assemblies to large, complex, fully completed products. Sonic welding, gluing, and screw-driving assemblies are just a few of the operations performed in this area by our highly skilled workforce.

Automation
GTI process engineers design and fabricate most of the automation equipment used to enhance production efficiency. 

Logistics
Inventory levels are tightly controlled in order to maintain a first-in, first-out system and a lean manufacturing environment. 

Quality
High product quality results from a mature quality management system, which is registered to the TS16949 standard. Advanced product quality planning techniques are used to assure quality is designed into products and processes.
